consider the idea of mass consumption in images, and the juxtaposition of creating unique images. take a series of portraits that can be reproduced multiple times and sew into one of the images and place it alongside the others. consider photocopying multiple images and also layering images printed on acetate.

You need to take new images- I appreciate you have been using film which is time consuming but try to have digital portraits alongside film.

Possible ideas
1) Take a series of portraits in the studio that can then be printed onto different materials papers which can then be sewed into changed

2) Look at the work of Dryden Goodwin and experiment in his style scratching into images. Lisa cokin
3) Experiment scratching film before you shoot it and then roll it back into the roll ,try sewing into the film shooting it and then see the effects, also try puting thread in the camera while you are shooting. Look at the work of Stephen Gill.

Email images to me to print. What scale? Will the layers be stuck directly on top of each other or will there be a layer of card or foam board between each one to give it more depth?
